"What is necessary to change a person is to change their awareness of themselves." Abraham Maslow

My work is grounded in over 20 years of experience in higher education, behavioral research, spirituality, Kabalistic Healing Practices and working with individuals navigating important life transitions. As an adjunct instructor with a background in sociology, I have spent years studying how people think, behave, and make decisions especially within the context of their environments and lived experiences. In addition to my academic work, my professional experience in public health and behavioral research has allowed me to work closely with diverse populations, gaining a deeper understanding of the real challenges people face when trying to create change in their lives. Throughout my career, one pattern has remained consistent: Many people are not lacking ability, they are lacking clarity. That realization is what led to the creation of Yield 2 Life’s Purpose Institute. My focus is on helping individuals better understand their decision-making patterns, navigate life transitions with intention, and develop a clearer sense of direction so they can move forward with confidence and purpose.
Our Approach: Beyond Motivation—Focused on Transformation at Yield 2 Life’s Purpose Institute, we take a different approach to personal growth. Our approach goes deeper than surface-level motivation or temporary inspiration. Our work is grounded in a deeper understanding of how people think, behave, and make decisions. We integrate: Sociological insight to examine behavior, identity, and social patterns Real-world experience working with diverse individuals navigating real-life challenges Structured reflection that moves beyond awareness into intentional action This is not about quick fixes or momentary breakthroughs. It is about helping you understand why you think the way you do, recognize the patterns shaping your decisions, and develop the clarity needed to move forward with purpose. Because real change doesn’t come from feeling inspired because it comes from thinking differently, deciding differently, and ultimately living differently.
